Are you tired of calling for technical support only to be greeted by an automated system and music that seems to last an eternity? Well, we are too!
Our support is instant, as our goal is to answer all incoming support requests within the day that they are received, if not right away! We answer calls as they come in, Monday through Friday between 8:30 and 5:30 CST. We provide off hours customer service in select circumstances.  You could say that we provide ‘fanatical' support as we are extremely aggressive in resolving any questions or issues. Starnik support is truly the envy of all our competitors.

We typically put no limit on the amount of support calls that you can make as our goal is to make sure that you take advantage of the full scope of UtilityTrakRTM.  A typical call into support will result in us placing you on an online meeting and hand holding you through any questions or concerns that you are having.
