Learning a new system is always a daunting task, regardless of your experience in
the industry. Here at Starnik, we strive to make the process of learning and migrating
your data over as painless as possible.
As a new customer, we provide extensive hands on training from start to finish in
which anyone from your company can join in on. Initial training will last around
10 days depending on the size of the company, with 2-4 hour sessions.
We take you step by step through each piece of the system, from setting up your
company information to getting your properties fully functional and ready to bill,
to the day to day processes you and your employees will be conducting each month.
Training is held via an online meeting where we can view each other’s screens in
order to easily emulate us standing right over your shoulder guiding you through
the process. While UtilityTrakRTM is
a robust and feature rich application, we are confident that after going through
our training you will be able to navigate the system with ease.
As with all of our support, if you require any additional training after our initial
sessions we are more than willing to help. |
