Most utility billing software was built in the 90s and feels like it. Starnik was built for the cloud, runs on AI, and is trusted by utility districts and multifamily communities nationwide. Your job is simple: bring more of them on board.
You'll prospect, demo, and close — selling a product that genuinely makes your customers' lives easier. The story tells itself: faster billing, better customer service, lower costs, and now AI. You get to be the person who finally helps a utility leave their 20-year-old system behind.
What you'll do
Drive revenue. Close deals. Win.
Bring in new revenue by signing up new customers
Identify and reach out to leads through smart prospecting, calls, and email
Schedule and run product demos that show off everything Starnik can do
Build real relationships with prospects — listen to their pain points and connect them to solutions
Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to keep deals moving
Bring customer feedback back to the product team so we keep building what customers want

Nice to have
- 1+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling to utilities, municipalities, or property management firms
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience running product demos
