Real-time customer engagement Portal

Starnik’s Customer Engagement Portal is a seamless part of our system. Payments are reflected immediately throughout the system without third-party integrations. You can setup customizable dash boards to provide relevant information such as outage maps, boil water notification and a variety of other options to customers. The real-time solution improves customer satisfaction and greatly reduces the number of calls. StarnikPay does not require third party integration or external portals to process payments. The Starnik does it all. We’ve developed StarnikPay seamlessly into our Customer portal. Payments are reflected immediately throughout the system and across all departments. There’s no need to share data, so data integrity issues are no longer a concern. Starnik is PCI DSS Level 1 certified and processed directly through the JPMorgan Chase Paymentech service. If you need us to integrate with third party payment providers, we can do that as well. We handle over $4 Billion dollars and over 6 million transactions every year on our platform. Whether payments are received by the online portal, cashiering station, or our built-in IVR phone system, you’ll see real-time reporting and receipt across the platform. There are no additional steps and we have robust automations to manage exceptions. Payment types include credit cards, debit cards, e-check, ACH, and features such as AutoPay and FastPay. Mobile Field Service Management

Mobility of your workforce should be an important aspect of your digital transformation plan. Our Mobile Field Service Management portal represents a paradigm shift for the Industry, providing a single, easy-to-use interface to manage all field service functions of a modern utility. Real-time data sharing between teams including videos and internal communications reduces the time & cost of operations. Electronic work orders eliminate the hassles, inefficiencies, and high cost of paper processing. Built-In Customer Mass Communications

You can easily configure texts, emails, and outbound voice messages, all-while reducing service and handling costs. Keep records of all communications you sent to customers and if the messages were received successfully. You can send one, some, or all customers any message at any time. You can choose one or combinations of communication tools for each message. System can send out automated delinquent voice messages which tremendously reduces customer calls to your office. Mass communications is part of Starnik’s platform. You will not need third party vendors or their customer communication tools. Built-In Interactive Voice Response (IVR)

Our complete Meter-to-Cash solution also includes a real-time IVR. We include customizable default scripting and a variety of voices. Your customers have 24/7 telephone access to account balances and payment processing. They can even drop into your customer service queue if needed. We offer rapid and convenient payment processing, immediately available for view and reporting in the CIS and the customer portal in real time. Payment details made in the IVR also show on transaction logs and report tables. If an IVR payment fails, there are automations and user-friendly responses to help catch and redirect callers.
